The house is located on the a beautiful white sandy beach called long bay beach and overlooks the Atlantic ocean the property extends from the ocean to black sound and inland harbor where  you arrive and depart on the water taxies, the house comes with two bikes and has a new pool with showers and lots of decks for sunning, we have a widows walk tower with wonderful views of the whole island, the house has four bedrooms one off the kitchen that has a king sized bed and large bath, across the house on the other side of the living room is another large bedroom with a king sized bed and bath and you must traverse the large room to get to the two smaller rooms with two singles each all three share one bath we do not recommend this for eight adults, its fine for a family with children, the dock cottage is no longer available for rental. We have world class fishing diving snorkeling with reefs right in front of the house teaming with life. We have uninhabited island on both sides that are perfect for sunbathing privately or picnics and they even have benches and grills for your use.
